Who We Are

We are an activities arm of the Lehi Coordinating Council of the Utah County Single Adult (UCSA) program of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

As such, we operate under the direction of the Area Seventy with direct supervision by the Lehi Utah South Stake.

(However, this website is not an official website of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.)

The activities for our group are planned and executed by a committee that have been called and set apart by the supervising Stake.

We can always use additional helpers.

If you would be willing to assist, please contact one of the committee members.

Who Is Involved

Our program is designed for single adults age 46 and up.

In order to attend, all divorces must be final.

The majority of our participants come from Salt Lake County and Utah County.

Our mailing list currently has about 1,800 names.

On any given Thursday around 100 attend.

The Dinner Dances average around 200+ attending

and around 300-400 at the Memorial Day and Labor Activities

Where We Meet

Our usual Thursday night activity is held at the

Hunter Chase Church building,

behind the Outlets at Traverse Mountain across the freeway from Thanksgiving Point.

The address is 2198 Foxtrail Drive, Lehi, UT 84043.

Latter-day Saint standards of dress and conduct apply at all activities and events.

Generally referred to as "Business Casual", or Church Casual

A dress/skirt is not required for women

Exceptions as appropriate i.e. Halloween costumes and dress for outdoor activities.

Our special occasion Dinner Dances are held at larger building locations such as the Lehi Utah South Stake Center or the Lehi Central Stake Center.

What We Do

We meet every Thursday (excluding major holidays)

Our normal Thursday night program:

7pm: potluck dinner

8pm: fireside guest speaker or fun activity

9pm: an hour of dancing & mingling with desserts

Dress code is casual

We have a Dinner Dance for Valentines, Spring, Summer, Halloween and Christmas, usually with a LIVE Band

We also have special events for Memorial Day and Labor Day

Our group also organizes a temple night once each month rotating between Salt Lake County and Utah County.

Mission Statement

It is our intent to provide another family for adults age 46+

who find themselves single for whatever reason.

It is our quest to establish a feeling of acceptance, love, fellowship and support in a safe haven environment for all who attend. We attempt to provide a program that encourages friendships as well as a place for healing and peace through the activities that enrich our minds and inspire our souls.

We steadfastly promote standards of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and ideals as we encourage fellowship, spirituality, laughter, wholesome activities, and learning as a way to promote healing from the wounds of the past and prepare for the blessings of a glorious future.

Thursday Activity

MTS Single Adults meet every Thursday (excluding major holidays)

Our normal Thursday night program:

7 pm potluck dinner

We also have special events for Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Monthly Temple Sealing Ordinances

Members of MTS meet monthly as a group to perform sealings rotating from the Jordan River Temple

(Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, and Nov)

to the Mount Timpanogos Temple

(Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, and Oct).

We do not include game nights that meet in members' homes or commercial (for-profit) venues. Those may be included with postings on our Facebook Page, but will not be scheduled on the calendar.
